Jian Chao Li Pe

Jian Chao Li, PE, is an experienced engineering professional specializing in pipeline design, currently serving as an Associate Engineer at San Jose Water since December 2015, where responsibilities include designing potable water pipeline replacements and obtaining necessary permits.
