Amanda Sipe

Amanda Sipe currently serves as an Accountant II at San Juan County since May 2022. Previously, Amanda held the position of Team Leader II at Convergys from December 2006 to June 2010, supervising a team of up to 25 employees and overseeing payroll, customer support, and training. Prior experience includes a role as a Member Services Coach at AOL, managing 15-25 employees and enhancing their sales skills, as well as serving as a Juvenile Corrections Officer at YDDC/State of New Mexico, where quick decision-making in challenging situations was essential. Earlier career experience also includes working as a Child Care Giver at Alvarado Day School. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from The University of New Mexico, as well as educational background in nutrition from San Juan Community College and a high school diploma from Aztec High School.
