Mónica Cicconi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mónica started their career as an Administrative Manager at Hospital "R. García" - UOM, where they implemented an information system for hospital administration and organized the administrative departments. Mónica then worked as a Project Leader in Strategy Consultancy at Stracienta, advising Functional and Middle Managers on defining strategies and change processes.

Next, Mónica joined MetLife as a Senior Business Analyst & Consultant, where they led projects involving unifying criteria and systems, coordinating systems integration, and analyzing alternatives for billing.
