San Juan Island EMS is the county tax and user fee supported Emergency Medical Service providing emergency 9-1-1 advanced life support transport to the residents and visitors of San Juan Island, the Town of Friday Harbor, and the outer islands of Brown, Henry, Pearl, Speiden, Johns, and Stuart.
