Marlene Noonan

Marlene Noonan possesses extensive experience in human resources management, having held key positions across various organizations since 1986. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at San Luis Ambulance, Inc. since February 2015, Marlene established the HR department and supports a staff range of 120-153 employees. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at UCP WORK, Inc., where strategic and operational HR aspects were overseen for 150 employees at three locations, and Human Resources Manager at Planned Parenthood of Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo, supporting 250 staff across five locations. Marlene's experience also encompasses significant HR roles at Kirby Morgan Dive Systems, Atlas Copco, Mission Linen Supply, C & D Aerospace, Inc., and World Minerals/Celite, with leadership in starting HR departments and managing employee support ranging from 80 to 3000 across various industries. Marlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of La Verne and an Associate of Arts in Business/Math from Riverside City College.
