Richard Duvall

Richard Duvall has extensive work experience in the education sector, particularly within the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District (SMCISD). Richard began their career in SMCISD as an Assistant Principal in April 2010 and transitioned to the role of Associate Principal in June 2013. In May 2015, Duvall became the Principal of Miller Middle School. Richard held this position until July 2020 when they assumed the position of Director of Energy Management and Construction at San Marcos CISD. Currently, Duvall serves as the Director of Maintenance and Facilities at San Marcos CISD, starting in May 2022.

Richard Duvall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1989. Richard later pursued a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Texas Southern University, which they completed in 2003.
