Jess Koshi-Lum serves as the Community Library Manager for San Mateo County Libraries, overseeing operations and collaboration with over 25 staff to enhance library services. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Renton Technical College, such as Associate Dean of the Library, where Jess focused on program implementation, budget management, and fostering student engagement. Jess has a solid background in academic libraries, reflecting expertise in information literacy, equity-driven policies, and community outreach from past positions at various colleges and institutions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and ongoing Doctoral studies in Leadership - Adult Education at City University of Seattle.
