Ginelle Ibos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project administration, employee development, and process design. Currently serving as Project Administration Manager at Monterra Credit Union since April 2015, Ginelle has successfully overseen strategic projects and collaborated with senior management and various departments. Prior roles include Member Experience Administrator and Employee Development Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Net Promoter Score program, analyzing training needs, and developing employee programs.
