With a robust background in crisis management and business continuity, Rob S. has held various leadership roles, including Director of Global Business Continuity Management at Visa, Inc., and Director of Business Continuity at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. In addition, Rob S. has contributed to emergency management and maritime safety through service with the California State Guard and the San Rafael Police Department. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Business Continuity Management from Norwich University and an MBA from Golden Gate University, complemented by extensive professional development in leadership.
