Teresa Olson

Teresa Olson is a seasoned professional in public safety and administration, currently serving as a Senior Management Analyst II with the San Rafael Police Department since July 2024. With ongoing experience as a Police/Fire Dispatcher for the City of Vacaville, Teresa has held significant roles such as Administrative Analyst II at the Vallejo Police Department and Communications Supervisor at the same department, showcasing a strong background in emergency services and communications. Teresa has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Napa Valley College and Solano Community College, teaching courses in Administration of Justice and Criminal Justice. Teresa holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from California State University-Sacramento, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California and multiple Associate degrees from Solano Community College.
