Richard Baquero Rodriguez

Richard Baquero Rodriguez is a Pediatric Nephrologist currently affiliated with Fresenius Medical Care Colombia S.A. since June 2022 and serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics and Child Health at Universidad de Antioquia since January 2015. In addition, Richard holds positions as a Pediatric Nephrologist at San Vicente Fundación and multiple insurance companies, including Seguros SURA and Allianz Colombia, since October 2016. Richard's expertise includes diagnosing and managing kidney disorders in children, such as urinary infections, congenital kidney malformations, and chronic kidney disease. Richard also served as the President of the Asociación Colombiana De Nefrología Pediátrica between October 2018 and June 2021 and completed a Pediatric Nephrology Fellowship at Universidad de Antioquia from 2012 to 2014 after obtaining a Pediatrics residency and a medical degree from Universidad del Norte.
