Zoë Fluger has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

Zoë started their career at Visible Music College in 2012 as a Library Assistant, where they performed circulation desk procedures and maintained the library's collection.

In 2013, Zoë worked as a Worship Coordinator at Sturgeon Bay Community Church.

Zoë then joined Starbucks in 2015 as a Barista, where they provided excellent customer service and maintained a calm demeanor during busy periods.

In 2016, Zoë held a role as a Verifications Rep at Unified Health Services. Zoë was responsible for reviewing and updating insurance information, ensuring accurate billing, and providing outstanding customer service.

Also in 2016, they joined Handshake as a Senior Support Specialist. Zoë gained an in-depth knowledge of the Handshake product and consistently delivered high-quality customer service. Zoë later became the Fraudulent Employer Team Lead, creating processes for identifying and handling fraudulent employer cases.

Most recently, Zoë has been working at Sana since 2020. Zoë started as a Member Support Manager, providing support to customers. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager Customer Support.

Zoë Fluger's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Marinette High School and obtained their High School Diploma in 2010. Zoë then proceeded to enroll at Visible Music College from 2010 to 2013, where they pursued Modern Music Ministry/Songwriting. Finally, from 2014 to 2015, Zoë attended Northland International University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies.
