Jason Lih

Jason Lih currently serves as Vice President of Research and Development at Apeximmune Therapeutics since December 2024 and as Executive Director and Head of Analytical Genomics at Sana Biotechnology, Inc. since August 2021. Prior roles include Senior Director of Translational Medicine at Exelixis and Director of Translational Medicine at Pharmacyclics, where responsibilities encompassed biomarker strategy implementation and oversight of clinical study protocols. Lih's experience also includes a tenure as Senior Principal Scientist at the National Cancer Institute, where leadership involved directing research activities, supervising laboratory operations, and contributing to national precision medicine projects. Previous positions at Roche Molecular Systems and Stanford University focused on gene expression profiling and novel gene/pathway discoveries. Jason Lih holds a postdoctoral degree in Genetics from Stanford University.
