Lee Ann Rodriguez

Lee Ann Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lee Ann began their career in 1999 as a Medical Biller at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center. Lee Ann later worked as a Physician's Billing Department staff at Bush Lincoln Health Center, where they handled customer service, account balances, payments, collections, and mail processing.

In 2001, Lee Ann joined PK Mitra, MD as a Physicians Office Assistant. Their responsibilities included front desk reception, appointment scheduling, message-taking, billing, and collections.

From 2006 to 2012, Lee Ann worked at Family Service & Community Mental Health Center as an Access Care Coordinator and Mental Health Professional. Lee Ann served as the initial contact for new clients, guiding them through the intake process and coordinating their care with outside agencies.

Lee Ann then joined Samaritan Counseling Center/Advantage EAP in 2012, where they held the role of Coordinator for Advantage EAP. In 2015, Lee Ann became a Financial Counselor at Gateway Foundation. Their role involved conducting financial interviews, counseling patients, assisting with funding applications, explaining treatment charges, resolving billing questions, and collecting payments.

In 2019, Lee Ann started their own business, L.A. Lavender Co., as the Business Owner.

Lee Ann then joined Northern Illinois Recovery Center in the same year as the Director of Revenue Cycle. In this role, they were responsible for managing all revenue cycle activities, including benefits verification, financial clearance, billing and insurance claims preparation, client/account balance monitoring, collections, and insurance reimbursements.

Currently, Lee Ann works as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Sana Lake Recovery, starting in 2022.
