Jackson Killion has a long and varied work experience. In 2013, they began their career as an Attorney. In 2016, they became General Counsel for Kickfurther. In 2018, they were General Counsel for Sana Packaging, General Counsel & Co-Founder for SmartCapital, and Founder for Caddis Consulting Ltd. In 2019, they became General Counsel for Denver Angels and Upstream Education. In 2022, they became General Counsel for Quadratic.

Jackson Killion received their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Saint Louis University in 2010.
