Coy Wilcox

Coy Wilcox is an experienced training manager with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Training Manager at SANAD since April 2018, Coy previously held the position of Director III at Petroleum Extension (PETEX) at the University of Texas at Austin, where responsibilities included managing a training business unit and leading a team to develop technology-enhanced learning solutions. Prior experience includes roles as Training Manager at Nabors Drilling International and Regional Manager for Consulting and Training at Intertek, where Coy emphasized strategic planning, client relationship management, and compliance with training standards across various regions, including the Middle East and North Africa. Coy's career in training dates back to 1990, with a foundational role as SERE Specialist and Instructor in the United States Air Force, complemented by earlier training and instructional positions related to survival training for military personnel. Coy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management of Information Technology from Upper Iowa University.
