Gabriel Melo Santos

Gabriel Melo Santos is currently the Head of Lab 1 - Direito e Inovação at the Laboratório de Inovação e Direitos Digitais da UFBA (LABIDD) since August 2021 and serves as a member of the lab. Since February 2021, Gabriel has been working as a Medical Community Management Assistant at Sanar. Previously, from July 2017 to March 2020, Gabriel held the position of Assistant of Finance and Legalities at CIAGS (Centro Interdisciplinar de Desenvolvimento e Gestão Social) and managed recruitment and performance as a Manager in the People Management area for AIESEC in Brazil from March 2018 to August 2019. Gabriel's experience includes sales management of voluntary social exchanges for youth and involvement in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes. Gabriel earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Federal da Bahia, completing studies in 2023.
