Lucas Oliveira

Lucas Oliveira is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in agile methodologies and project leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Sanar since June 2022, Lucas previously held senior and leadership roles at ESCALE and Creditas, focusing on banking solutions and credit origination platforms. With a background as an Agile Coach at JUST DIGITAL, responsibilities included managing Scrum Masters and overseeing project portfolios, as well as driving the adoption of agile culture through events and metrics. Lucas began a career in development with positions at various companies, including Agência ANT as a co-owner and full-stack developer roles at Experimentario, Inoltz, and others. Educational qualifications include certifications in Agile practices and a degree in Internet Systems Development from Universidade Salvador.
