Milla Cayres S. Barbosa

Milla Cayres S. Barbosa currently holds the position of Estagiária em Marketing de Conteúdo at Sanar since March 2023. Previously, Milla was a Talent Hacker at INTERA | Talent Hacking from July 2021 to February 2022, focusing on data analysis and recruitment processes for technology positions at major firms such as Pipefy and Ambev. Milla's experience includes engaging with talent and utilizing automation and AI for recruitment. Additionally, Milla completed a student internship at CNPq from September 2018 to September 2020, where expertise in data mapping and interpretation was developed using Sonar and ArcGis software. Milla is pursuing a degree in Marketing at Universidade Salvador and continues studies in Geology at Universidade Federal da Bahia.
