Paula Patiño Zuluaga

Paula Patiño Zuluaga has a diverse work experience in the advertising and media industries. Paula started their career at Caracol Televisión as a Production Assistant, where they gained experience in coordinating and organizing production logistics. Paula then worked as a Field Producer, managing production aspects and providing support to the Executive Producer. Paula also worked as a Producer and Filmmaker, conducting on-site shooting, coordinating the editing process, and overseeing resources allocation. Later, they joined GLP Grupo Latino de Publicidad as an Events & BTL Producer, where they conceptualized content ideas, managed production logistics, and negotiated with vendors for events. Currently, they are working at Sancho BBDO as Head Of Production Flare BBDO, leading a large team and focusing on providing exceptional service and high-level operational experiences for clients in the advertising industry. Paula has also held roles as Production Director and Executive Producer at Sancho BBDO, where they led audiovisual teams, refined proposals, and developed budgets and production structures for various projects.

Paula Patiño Zuluaga attended Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Social Communication with a focus on Audiovisual Media. In 2000, they studied Music Theory at Fundación Orquesta Sinfónica Juvenil de Colombia from 2000 to 2004. In 2015, they obtained professional certificates in Project Management, Marketing and Advertising, and Business Management from Stafford House International Chicago. Paula also holds various additional certifications, including CRO Agency Masterclass from CXL in 2022, and Facebook Certified Creative Strategy Professional from Facebook in September 2020. Paula has obtained additional certifications from Crehana, including Effective Communication, Agile Project Management, Essential Soft Skills for Professional Success, Time Management and Productivity, Effective Presentations, and Storytelling, all in 2020.
