Leonardo Mikael de Castro

Leonardo Mikael De Castro possesses extensive experience in industrial management and engineering. Currently serving as Gerente Industrial at SANCRIS Linhas Fios e Zíperes since April 2014, Leonardo oversees production, expeditions, inventory, quality control, painting, and galvanoplasty departments while managing goals and facilitating collaboration among team members. Previous roles include Supervisor de Projetos Industriais and Supervisor de Treinamento e Melhorias, focusing on machine project development, production process analysis, and the implementation of quality tools.
