Paula Gil

Paula Gil has a rich and varied work experience, having worked in various roles since 2005. Her first role was as Development Director at Propaganda Games, followed by Senior Development Director and Development Director at Electronic Arts from 2007 to 2012. Paula then moved to D-Wave Systems Inc. as VP, Program Management from 2012 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Kindred.ai as VP, Special Projects. Paula then joined Sanctuary AI as Chief Operating Officer from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, they joined PayByPhone as Fractional Delivery Excellence and VP, Operational Excellence. Paula also works as Fractional | Consulting | CoS & Operations at Paula Gil Consulting since 2020 and The Small Medium at Paula Gil - Intuitive Consultant since 2011. Most recently, they were appointed Head of Special Projects at Sanctuary AI in 2022.

Paula Gil's education history includes a Master of Arts in Political Science from Simon Fraser University from 1995 to 1997, a Certificate of Completion in Fundamentals of Government Contracting (USG) from Public Contracting Institute in 2014, a Certificate in Software Engineering & Project Management from The University of British Columbia from 2002 to 2004, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Latin American Studies from Simon Fraser University from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Coursera, including Positive Psychology: Martin E. P.
