Soheil Sadeqi

Soheil Sadeqi has extensive experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Soheil began their career in 2006 when they earned a B.Sc Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tehran. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a PhD Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant - Engineering Graphics and Design, Teaching Assistant - Design of Mechanisms, Teaching Assistant - Kinematics and Dynamics of Rigid Bodies, Teaching Assistant - Feedback and Control Systems, Teaching Assistant - Advanced Vibrations, and M.A.Sc. Student (Research Assistant) at Simon Fraser University. In 2013, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at SOC Robotics Inc. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as Co-Founder and CTO at Human in Motion Robotics Inc. Since 2017, they have been working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Genesis Robotics. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Sanctuary.

Soheil Sadeqi has a diverse educational background. Soheil obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tehran in 2011. Soheil then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Mechatronic Systems Engineering from Simon Fraser University, which they completed in 2013. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy in Mechatronic Systems Engineering from Simon Fraser University in 2017.
