Brad McCaw

Brad McCaw has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brad started their career at Fox, where they held various positions, including Payroll Administrative Assistant, Human Resources Administrator, Supervisor, and eventually Manager of Human Resources. During their time at Fox, Brad was responsible for managing hiring and employee relations investigations for a large employee base, as well as working with senior management on policy creation and staffing needs for new divisions.

Following their tenure at Fox, Brad joined Sony Pictures Entertainment as a Technology Consultant, where they worked on project management for technology initiatives, strategic outsourcing, HR generalist tasks, and process re-design.

From Sony, Brad moved on to Mercer, where they served as a Principal. In this role, they led several global projects, including assessing and redesigning HR organizations for major companies, managing HR system analysis and the recommendation for a single system, and achieving significant cost savings through process improvements.

After Mercer, Brad joined KPMG as a Director, where they led and implemented various HR transformation projects, organizational design and change efforts, strategic outsourcing initiatives, and system selection and implementation projects. Brad regularly interacted with senior leadership and played a key role in driving change within client organizations.

In 2017, Brad became a Coach at Sanctus. Their role involved creating a safe and confidential space for individuals to talk about personal and professional challenges, with the aim of changing the perception of mental health.

Since 2016, Brad has also been running their own coaching business, Brad McCaw Coaching. Brad primarily works as an Executive and Life Coach, helping clients identify solutions and create actionable change in their lives and businesses.

In 1997, they pursued an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business, which they completed in 2000. Their bachelor's degree, a BA, was earned from the University of Arizona from 1986 to 1990. Their major was in Communications, with a minor in Marketing.
