Zora Charles is a dedicated professional with experience in research analysis, organizational management, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Research Analyst Intern at Sand Cherry since May 2022, Zora also co-founded Black at Masterman in June 2020. As a Student Worker at the Department of Africana Studies at the University of Pennsylvania since June 2019, responsibilities have evolved from administrative tasks to coordinating data for grant submissions and supervising new team members. Previous roles include front desk staff at Penn Tennis Center, where Zora managed member inquiries and trained new staff, and an internship to the CEO at Legacy Youth Tennis and Education, gaining insights into non-profit operations and partnership development. Zora holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Logic, Information, and Computation from the University of Pennsylvania, expected in 2023.
