Isabel Spann

Isabel Spann is a volunteer at Oceanic Institute since October 2020 and has been serving as a volunteer educator at Waikiki Aquarium since October 2018, where responsibilities include educating patrons about sea urchins and monk seals. Additionally, Isabel has been a brand ambassador for Sand Cloud and BANGS Shoes, with BANGS featuring a selective acceptance process with a 40% success rate drawn from over 4,000 applicants. Previous work includes brand ambassadorship for One Ocean Research & Diving from November 2018 to October 2020, focusing on shark conservation and community engagement. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Hawaii Pacific University, attended from 2018 to 2021, and previously studied at Gulf Coast State College from 2016 to 2018.
