Miquel Artero is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, operations, and strategy, currently serving as the Head of People Experience, Operations & Strategy at Sand Technologies since January 2019. Notable project contributions include the development of a data-driven performance and development system, a comprehensive staff success function, and the organization of a large global retreat. Previously, Miquel held leadership roles such as Director of Culture & People Experience and Director of Talent Acquisition, focusing on innovative organizational structures and hiring methodologies.
