Michael Tarolli has extensive experience in the hospitality and service industry, holding various roles since 2009. Currently, Michael serves as a Bartender/Server at The Club at Kalea Bay and has been a Caddie at Sand Valley since May 2022. Previous positions include Assistant Pro/Golf Operations and Golf Course Maintenance at West Bay Beach & Golf Club, where strong customer relationships were developed, and Food and Beverage Manager at Lowell Spinners, managing game-day staff and inventory. Michael also gained diverse experience through internships and service roles at prestigious clubs and educational institutions, culminating in a degree from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
