Sand Valley
Natasha Miller has extensive experience in food and beverage operations, notably at Sand Valley Golf Resort as an Operations Assistant since June 2016, focusing on lodging accommodations and food service. Natasha has also worked as a Line Cook at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, honing culinary skills by preparing salads and desserts. Previous roles include a Sales Associate position at Eddie Bauer, where customer service and sales targets were prioritized, and a Student Manager role at University Wisconsin Stout Dining Services, supervising a team and enhancing dining experiences. An internship as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Bandon Dunes further developed management skills, and a Management Internship at Beach Point Club involved training high school staff. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Sand Valley
Sand Valley is a four-season resort destination set among the tumbling prehistoric sand dunes of Central Wisconsin. Founded in 2016 by brothers Michael and Chris Keiser, the resort gives guests a flavor of the region through farm-to-table culinary experiences, year-round outdoor adventures, such as fat-tire biking, hiking and fishing, unrivaled grass court tennis, and one of the very best golf experiences in the Midwest. Sand Valley delivers golf as it was meant to be where players walk, and the courses play firm and fast. The golf experience features three distinct, award-winning designs that are extremely fun to play: Sand Valley, an 18-hole design by Coore & Crenshaw, Mammoth Dunes, an 18-hole design by David McLay Kidd, and The Sandbox, a 17-hole, par-3 course by Coore & Crenshaw. The courses were modeled after the heathland golf courses of London and showcase massive, 80-foot exposed sand dunes. Three restaurants, Craig's Porch at Sand Valley, the Mammoth Bar, and Aldo's Farm & Table, currently serve guests throughout the property, and there is more to come 2023.
