Frank Owsiany

Frank Owsiany has extensive experience in civil engineering and transportation projects. Currently working at SANDAG as the Mid-Coast Corridor Deputy Project Director - Engineering, Frank is involved in extending the San Diego Trolley Blue Line. Prior to this, Frank worked at the Metropolitan Transit Development Board as a Senior Civil Engineer on the Mission Valley East Light Rail Transit Extension project. Frank holds a BS in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University.
