Suzannah Radack

Suzannah Radack has over two decades of work experience. Suzannah currently holds the position of VP of People & Operations at SandboxAQ, where they built the company operations from scratch and recruited a high-performing team. Prior to that, they worked at Chief as a Chief Member, a private network aimed at promoting women in leadership positions.

Previously, Suzannah was the Head of People & Operations at Sandbox Quantum, a spin-off company formed within X, the moonshot factory. Suzannah led the transition process and ensured a smooth transfer to the new entity.

Suzannah also served as the SVP of People Operations at Primer.ai, overseeing talent acquisition, engagement, and retention. During their time there, they hired 200 employees and implemented cultural shifts that significantly improved employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS).

Before that, Suzannah held various roles at Google, including Director of Learning & Development, where they led a team and developed innovative training programs for managers. Suzannah also served as the Head of Manager Development, Head of DEI and Leadership Learning Programs, Learning and Development Business Partner, and Google Onboarding Programs Manager. Suzannah contributed to Google's global leadership and inclusion curriculum, designed programs for career development and navigating complexity, and provided coaching and support to executives and their teams.

Suzannah's early career includes roles at America's Growth Capital as a Statistical Analyst and at Fidelity Investments as an Employee Communications Intern.

Suzannah Radack pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Relations and International Relations from Boston University between 1997 and 2001. Suzannah then went on to attend University College Dublin from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in European Economics and Public Policy.

In terms of additional certifications, Suzannah Radack completed several courses related to Quantum Computing. In 2022, they obtained certifications in "Quantum Algorithms for Cybersecurity, Chemistry, and Optimization" and "Quantum Computing Fundamentals" from MIT xPRO. Suzannah also completed a course on "Introduction to Quantum Computing" from the same institution in February 2022.

Furthermore, Suzannah Radack has acquired other certifications throughout their career. Suzannah completed the Co-Active Coach Training program from the Co-Active Training Institute in 2019. Additionally, they received a certificate of completion from The Leadership Consortium (TLC) for completing the TLC Leaders Program. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in "Managing Customer Relationships for Profit" from Kellogg Executive Education in November 2008.
