Serena Ng

Serena Ng is a dedicated UX/UI designer currently engaged in a UX/UI Design Co-op at Ronik and a Game UX/UI Design Intern at Tanbii, both commencing in July 2024. Previous experience includes a role as a UX Designer and Design Director at Sandbox at Northeastern, where collaboration on various projects significantly improved design processes and retention rates. Additional contributions to the Northeastern University Dragon and Lion Dance Troupe involved a successful brand redesign and website launch. Serena's earlier positions, including a Product Research and Design Co-op at Snyk and a Design Intern at Waquoit Bay Reserve Foundation, showcase expertise in user experience optimization and educational design. Serena is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction, and User Experience at Northeastern University, expected to graduate in 2025.
