Jules Fadié is currently the Managing Founder at Squarehub, a HRTech company focused on making recruitment in the engineering, architecture, and construction sectors more accessible to companies in BeLux. Prior to this, Jules was a Partner at Sander, where Jules co-led the financial recruitment division and was involved in establishing group strategy on a board level. Jules also served as a Reserve NCO in the infantry with the Belgian Defence and worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at The Ambitious Group. Additionally, Jules has experience as a Sales Consultant at Aspria and holds a Bilingual French-Dutch Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
