Ebone' Foster

Ebone' Foster is an experienced human resources professional with a solid background in employee development and HR management, currently serving as an HR Manager at Sanderson Farms since December 2017. Ebone' has overseen HR policies and compliance while providing coaching to management and supporting recruitment processes for a large workforce. Previously, at the MS Military Department, Ebone' held the position of Personnel Security Specialist, where responsibilities included processing security clearances and ensuring compliance with personnel security programs. Ebone' holds a Master of Arts in Leadership & Management from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Childcare & Family from Jackson State University, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Education from Jones County Junior College.
