Angel Beltre

Angel Beltre is a highly experienced technical professional currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories since September 2023. Previously, Angel held the position of Project Lead (Acting) at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport from August 2017 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading the development of cloud-based solutions for acoustic data management and guiding research in cloud computing and secure architectures. Angel's career includes roles as a Research & Development Scientist, Software Developer, and SMART Fellow at Binghamton University, alongside experience at IBM and the State of Rhode Island. Angel holds a PhD and an MS in Computer Science from Binghamton University and a BS in Computer Science from Molloy University, complemented by a minor in Mathematics from the University of Rhode Island.
