Benjamin Schwaller

Benjamin Schwaller is an experienced professional in high-performance computing and electrical engineering. Currently serving as the HPC Development Department Manager and Senior Computer Science R&D Staff at Sandia National Laboratories since August 2018, Schwaller contributes to optimizing HPC efficiency within the Operational and Analytics team. Prior roles include Graduate Research Assistant at the NSF Center for Space, High-Performance, and Resilient Computing, where Schwaller led a project on accelerating FFTs, and various internships at Harris, Rockwell Collins, and DRS Technologies. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida. Schwaller possesses a strong foundation in both research and practical applications within engineering and computing.
