Charlie Lopez

Charlie Lopez has extensive experience in various security and training roles. Charlie started their career as a member of the SWAT Team at Albuquerque Police Department from 1985 to 2005. Charlie then worked at the DOE National Training Center, first as the Training Operations Manager from 1996 to 2011, and later as the Security Training Director from 2011 to 2014. Charlie also served as a Training Manager at Nuclear Security Consultant from 2014 to 2017. Following that, they worked as a Security Consultant at Muller Group International (MGI) from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Project Lead at Sandia National Laboratories since 2018.

Charlie Lopez has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University. They also have a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Homeland Security and Emergency Management, also from Wayland Baptist University.
