Jeff Zaine

Jeff Zaine possesses extensive experience in engineering and management within the aerospace and defense industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Multiphysics Modeling and Simulation and Principal System Engineer at Sandia National Laboratories since August 2019, Jeff Zaine oversees the design and development of advanced systems for critical national security and energy projects. At SSL, where Jeff Zaine has worked since January 2000, notable roles include Senior Engineering Manager and various leadership positions in Structural Design & Analysis, Payload Products Engineering, Multiplexer Products Department, and Antenna Design Engineering, focusing on developing high-throughput satellites and advancing RF hardware. Earlier experiences include roles at Space Systems/Loral and Loral Western Development Labs, contributing to innovative antenna hardware development. Jeff Zaine holds a Master of Business Administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
