Karl Seitz

Karl Seitz, M.S., PMP has an extensive work history in project management and scheduling. Karl has worked as a Principal Project Controller at Sandia National Laboratories, where they lead the Integrated Master Scheduling team and manages schedules in Primavera P6. At URENCO USA, Karl served as the Manager of Project Controls & Scheduling, overseeing a complex, multi-billion dollar nuclear enrichment facility construction project. Karl has also worked as a Consultant at DMS Disaster Planning & Recovery and as a Senior Consultant at Miranda Consultancy & Management. As the Vice President of Asian Operations at SenesTech Inc., Karl was responsible for project management and strategic planning, using PMBOK principles to develop implementation plans and schedules. Additionally, they have worked at the United States Dept. of Transportation - Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as a Project Management, Scheduling, and Software Development Manager and as a Project Manager for the Corporate Work Plan. Prior to that, Karl served as a Master Scheduler and Database Administrator at Lockheed Martin Corp. Throughout their career, Karl has demonstrated expertise in Primavera P6, Earned Value, project controls, and strategic planning.

Karl Seitz, M.S., PMP earned a Certificate in Construction Project Management (NYU-SCPS) from New York University in 2015. Karl holds a Masters of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wyoming (1980-1981) and a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology from the University of Wyoming (1977-1980). Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications including Urenco University - Uranium Enrichment Fundamentals from URENCO USA in 2014, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2008, and Oracle Database Administration from Oracle in 1998.
