Ken Goss

Ken Goss is a Senior Research and Development Scientist at Sandia National Laboratories, specializing in applied cryptography and secure, privacy-preserving data analytics since June 2020. Before this role, Ken served as a researcher in applied cryptography at the University of Missouri-Columbia from August 2018 to May 2020 and as a researcher and observatory administrator at Missouri University of Science and Technology from April 2015 to August 2018. Ken's earlier experience includes serving as the Instrument Repair Shop Foreman and Network Administrator at City Music and as a Teaching Assistant and Apprentice Piano Tech at Truman State University. Ken holds a PhD in Computer Science with a focus on applied cryptography from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a BS in Computer Engineering and Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from Missouri University of Science and Technology, an MA in Education from Truman State University, and a BA in Music from Truman State University.
