Mary Monson

Mary Monson has extensive experience in technology partnerships and business development, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Sandia National Laboratories since January 1990. In this role, Mary leads Sandia’s Technology Partnerships Program, overseeing technology transfer, cooperative R&D with industry, and various aspects of intellectual property management. Previous positions at Sandia include Business Development, Technology Transfer, and Intellectual Property Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring the achievement of strategic growth goals, and Technology Transfer Staff Member, successfully fostering partnerships and developing key agreements. Earlier career roles include Business Planner at Digital Equipment Corporation and Project Manager at Texas Instruments. Mary holds a BA in English from the University of Utah.
