Melinda Santos, PMP, RMP, and CSM, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in science and engineering. Currently serving as Principal Science and Engineering Project Manager at Sandia National Laboratories since November 2020, Melinda has previously held various roles at Lockheed Martin from 2001 to 2020, including Program Manager and Strategic Initiative Lead, where notable achievements involved managing multimillion-dollar contracts and spearheading efficiency-enhancing initiatives. Additional roles include leading mechanical engineering projects at Motorola Automotive and chairing the Greenbuild Conference Greening Subcommittee for the United States Green Building Council's Northern California Chapter, focusing on sustainability partnerships. Melinda holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
