Natalie Carter

Natalie Carter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and strategic management within leading laboratories. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Operations Officer at Jefferson Lab since June 2024, Natalie has been instrumental in various leadership roles at Sandia National Laboratories since February 2010, including Chief of Staff/Manager of Strategic Operations and Manager of ES&H System Integration. Natalie's expertise encompasses the development and implementation of safety plans, integration of environment and safety health requirements, and management of strategic initiatives and communications. Earlier roles include President of Egghead Marketing, LLC, and Product and Marketing Manager at Enerpulse Inc. Natalie holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
