Scott Kent

Scott Kent is an experienced aerospace engineer currently serving as a Senior Research Development Systems Engineer at Sandia National Laboratories since August 2020. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Research Development System Engineer at the same organization and contributed as an Interplanetary Mission Design Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder. Scott has a background in supporting engineering projects through internships at Aerojet Rocketdyne and the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, where responsibilities included engine testing and data analysis. In addition to engineering roles, Scott served as a Proctor at CU Boulder Disability Services and worked as a MATLAB Tutor. Scott holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
