William Brizzee

William Brizzee has a diverse work experience. William started their career as an Undergraduate Technical Student Intern at Sandia National Laboratories in October 2006 and worked there until December 2009. William then worked as a Graduate Technical Intern from December 2009 to February 2011. After that, they served as a Senior Software Systems Engineer from February 2011 to November 2014. From November 2014 to April 2022, they worked as a Senior User Experience Researcher at the same company. In April 2022, they joined CrowdStrike as a Senior User Experience Researcher and worked there until July 2023. Currently, William Brizzee is employed as a Principal Enterprise Architect at Sandia National Laboratories, starting from July 2023. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Webmaster at the University of New Mexico from August 2007 to May 2008.

William Brizzee holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Iowa State University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems and Information Assurance, with Summa Cum Laude honors, from UNM Anderson School of Management, from 2010 to 2011. William also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems, with Summa Cum Laude honors, from UNM Anderson School of Management, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications, including ITIL Foundation Level V4, Professional Scrum with User Experience (PSU), ITIL Intermediate Certificate in IT Service Design, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), UX Certification, CMII Advanced, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, Introduction to CMMI for Development v1.3, CMII Certification (CMIIC), Information Systems Security (INFOSEC) Professionals, NSTISSI-4011, System Administrators (SA), CNSSI-4013 Entry Level, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
