Dale McQueen Ceng Mimeche

Dale McQueen CEng MIMechE has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dale is currently the Managing Director at Sandler. Prior to this, they were the Founder and Managing Director of McQueen Gin, where they successfully grew the business from a start-up to a valuation of over £10m in just four years. Dale also held the position of Sales Manager at NT CADCAM, where they expanded the company's revenue by over 100% annually and built a successful sales team. Dale has held various strategic and business development roles at companies such as KTSL, Ariba, Lanner, I-many, and AspenTech. Dale has a proven track record of adding new major accounts, developing high-performing teams, and achieving remarkable sales growth. Earlier in their career, Dale worked as an Account Manager at Parametric Technology and Hewlett Packard, where they brought in new business accounts and consistently exceeded targets.
