Jody Walker-Barrett

Jody Walker-Barrett serves as the Director at Sandler Training, a management consultancy, since December 2015, specializing in assessments, coaching, gamification, training, sales, leadership, and customer success. With over 20 years of experience in education prior to joining Sandler, Jody focused on evolving and transforming individuals through creative training and coaching programs tailored to their strengths and growth needs. Jody led the Art team at The Costello School for 15 years, achieving consistently outstanding results, including a notable 100% A* - C attainment in the last four years, positioning the department among the top 5% of schools in the UK. Jody holds a BA Honours degree in Fine Art from Maidstone College of Art.
