Prior to their current positions, Karl served as President at Acuity Systems Inc. and Vic Graf's Gallery, Inc. Karl has a strong background in sales force assessments, training, and strategic growth strategies, and has received education from Pittsburg State University, The Devine Inventory, and Extended DISC Behavioral Assessment.
