Deborah B. Stern

Deborah B. Stern is a seasoned customs and trade attorney with extensive experience in import-related compliance and regulatory matters. Since 2007, Deborah has served as a Member of the Firm in the Import Export Practice Group at Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A. Previous roles include serving as President of OWIT South Florida from 2008 to 2010, and as an attorney at Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. Deborah’s earlier experience includes a tenure as an Attorney-Advisor at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, where responsibilities included authoring binding rulings on tariff classification and participating in trade policy negotiations. Deborah holds a Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Spanish from Florida State University.
