Jessica Hewitt has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Jessica started their career in 2003 at Huntington National Bank as a Customer Service Representative, where they performed various customer transactions and sales tasks. In 2005, they joined DHL as an Import Analyst, where they managed accounts and provided expertise on import procedures. From 2007 to 2013, Jessica worked at Livingston International, first as an Operations Manager, responsible for managing a team of analysts and implementing process improvements, and later as a Manager of Trade Client Services, where they provided leadership and management in Customs-related areas. Since 2017, Jessica has been working at Sandler & Travis Trade Advisory Services, Inc. as a Project Manager, leading implementations. Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated their ability to drive business objectives, develop and report metrics for continuous improvement, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.

Jessica Hewitt obtained their Master of Education (MEd) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from American InterContinental University, where they attended from 2003 to 2006. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Licensed Customs Broker from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in November 2012.
